21/12/05 - 03/01/06 "Girlstrip"

Hey everybody..sorry that it took me so long to update my homepage, but without notebook and travelling...quite difficult to do that... ok, what happened the last weeks? After finishing my paper for my uni back home 3 of my best friends from Germany visited me. Larry, Moni and Verena. After 2 days relaxing in Newcastle we flew to Cairns and travelled down back to Sydney to be there for New Year's Eve.

With our hired car we had a lot of fun, saw heaps of amazing things and stopped at beautiful spots and beaches





-> Mission Beach, which was with Whitsundays the most wonderful beach we ever saw in our life. Further south we went to Magnetic Island and explored with our "pink mini jeep" the island, snorkeled at the Great Barrier Reef, visited "Sea World" and celebrated Christmas with free Sangria in the pool- you can imagine how that ended... some of us were totally wasted and had a really hangover the next day on our fraser island tour.... ;-) Arrived in Sydney we met Renate and Kai and spend New Year's Eve togehter in the Botanic Gardens, sitting on the grass, chatting and enjoying to be in Sydney to see the fireworks at the Harbour Bridge. And what should I say? It was amazing. Not just the fireworks, especially coz my girls were there. It was so great that you came over. I really enjoyed the time with you here, guys, and I hope you will always remember the time we had here. By the way: Big thanks and hug to Moni! She took a 3.5 hour movie of our trip... I am really excited of seeing it... Ok, gurls. I will publish some pics later. Take care of you until I am back. Miss you here...
